Choose 5 poker players you believe will be at the top of the World Series of Poker player of the year standings at the conclusion of the 2016 WSOP.

*TOTAL* of the 5 player scores will be your final score.

Tiebreaker will be number of points for WSOP POY winner

Official scoring will be provided by http://www.globalpokerindex.com/ (they don't have the 2016 list up yet obviously. Will link here once the events start.)

Contest open to all SBR pros until the WSOP begins Thursday June 2nd at 11am pst

*To keep the time frame reasonable, winners will be awarded based off of GPI list standings once the main event is down to the final table november nine*

Chino Rheem is on my shortlist to rock this WSOP with his recent form and the way the poker gods usually reward these degenerates. He could take down multiple events and still be in the hole to debtors but it's just the way it is.

Very true. If u go thru the list of big-name poker player, if u come up w/ 100 names, so many have had their name tarnished somewhere.

BTW, I'm going to pass on the contest. Cool contest, but I have no idea.

I would love to see some of the lines on the GPL poker contest. Imagine trying to set a line on H2H Holz vs Mercier.

We had a wsop main event pool a year or two ago that was fun

i think we had to take a woman too. Don't know how these rankings work now a day

Yeah I organized that one last year for the main. Planning on another one this year but perhaps not enough demand?
