Poker software issues

Any word from Sam or anyone else in SBRland about the technical problems that still exist in this software? Everyone knows about the failures last week but since then the software is still very laggy and disconnecting randomly. Probably the biggest is the lag hitting the fold button and waiting......waiting.....waiting and then pitching your cards 5 seconds later. I've had it when I call too but mostly folding gets this lag. Is any work being done to fix these issues or is it at least planned? Is it something out of your control and something we just live with? Any chance I get a response from somebody with a clue?

P.S. (thinly veiled brag) 2 1st places in 3 days and no badge for either while others at the FTs and both runner ups did get one. Makes me feel very unloved.

I don't have any lag when folding or calling.. software works perfectly fine for me. Just wish they would bring back higher limit ring tables

I see I got one badge now, feeling slightly loved again even if it took over an hour. I would think it was a machine problem on my end astro but a few trustworthy players were mentioning the same issues on their side too so seems like some sort of server issue. Don't know what type of maintenance is done and figured I'd at least let somebody down there know if they weren't aware already and hopefully get some kind of info from said people down there.

I've experienced the exact same issues as SA; so have various others I've talked to in poker chat.

Disconnects, too. So have others. Have reconnected fairly quickly (so far), but disconnects nonetheless.

Problems are obviously on SBR's side.

SharpAngles, About the badge thing. The one you are missing is probably from Monday 11pm. That's been the case for at least a couple months. Monday 11pm --and ONLY for that day/time -- no badges.

You said the 2nd place guy got a badge. I doubt it. Do you remember who that was? Do you remember others who cashed this past Monday 6/22 11 pm? I'm pretty certain there hasn't been a badge for any Mon/11pm cash in quite awhile.

More disconnect problems in 11pm tonight
Sin disconnected for ~6 minutes, finally got back in, and asked if anyone else was having problems

Meanwhile, I got booted in tourney when table closed and started to get re-seated; software froze... I closed down, tried to get back on and it took me ~ 3 minutes to rejoin my new table.

Looked like bcats got disconnected as well one time (at least)

No lagging probs for me tonight... just disconnect

hh you're right. I finished 2nd on 6/22/15 and have no badge.

Looks like HH is right about the badges. Went off of memory who I played and obv got that wrong but to me the badges are the least of the problems anyway. As long as I get the points to rollover that doesn't bother me much. The lagging is another thing though and the past week I've either experienced or been at the table of a player who has, playing the noon and 8 pm so I'd be surprised if it wasn't effecting the 4pm too.

Like the wise biter said above we probably won't get an answer but I thought this should at least be addressed so players know it's more than likely not on their end.

SBR poker use to have comparability issues with certain versions of Windows. Wish I could play around with it, but usually when I look at the tables nobody is there
