A major concern is getting dragged from tables to table and being placed from big blind to big blind as the tourney structure leaves very few big blind wiggle room late in tourneys. Avg field has 5 big blinds with 20 or so left its def a problem to be blinded out of tournaments or forced to all in crap cards.

Fix players being auto sat for no reason in ring games. There should be a deadmans switch if you miss bet and no action in front you shouldn't be auto folded but checked like you are on any other site. Need auto top feature for ring games. Ring games in omaha need to be speeded up. A player wins all in on river and takes forever to be awarded the pot.

Sitouts at betonline poker ring game are another problem. wanted to play .10- .25 plo player sat out 20min went to support told me to clean out my cookies obv bot support. Another person when player sat out and I went to help told me a player can sit out 30 minutes. There is one game going of .10 .25 and player who was sitting out sat out 20 minutes played 2 hands sat out another 20 minutes and he can keep doing this meanwhile I am not able to play and a skix seater is running as 5 seater for almost an hour. Seriously?

hoping someone from mgmt looks here or forwards to them. There was a player sitting out in only .10 .25 plo available. He sat out 20 minutes played a hand sat out 20 more minutes repeat. I contacted support and explained. The customer support rept told me to clean out my cookies. I hope that answers your question.
