When you know someone has AK/AQ offsuit...
    tournament

Is it OK to call all in with 67/89s??

yesterday the 1 hole called, I shove all in 12BB 2 hole.. everyone folds and he timebanks, then tankcalls with 68d

i didn't really have a problem with it, tough way to bust out but chips are hard to come by in tournament poker..

Why would you call an all in of 12 bb knowing you're an underdog unless you have a plane to catch

If he has a ton of chips then he is just gambling at that point and testing his run good. Of course if it for your tourney life you cant justify a call there (unless blinds price you in or some other scenario) but if you got a ton of chips and are running good...meh, why not.

It is a tough way to bust though as AK looks so pretty

hes not even close to priced in even with a large ante. if hes limping under the gun and ur making a big shove from utg+1 hes got 2 undercards to ur overcards pretty much best case scenario. he just needs to fold i dont care how good hes running. u could maybe make a case for the call if you had shoved from the blinds after everyone folded but thats a stretch at best.

here it is if the gamble doesn't hurt your stack then let yourself continue to truck the table and look untouchable

How do you know if the AK was off suit? That's my question. What happens if it's suited?
