    Bookmaker had a great one every year with decent prizes. This year they tell me that they gave away all the entries during the super bowl. I am looking too.

    Diamond is also having a bracket contest. One entry for every 100 deposit, and I believe you can buy entries for 10 bucks. Not positive about the buying part.

    Almost all of them....generally speaking these are cooperatives (different book offer the same contest), that is, the high paying ones.
