Wow,lots of complaints from big bettors here recently who are getting shafted from the sportsbooks.I know it's hard to trust private individuals and it's hard to find a mutual trustworthy person that knows most of the bettors personally but someone like that could be the banker. He could manage the betting website and add winning money to bettors Neteller accounts.

The website could work like a stock market where a guy could post the point spread he is looking for and how much he wants to bet and someone could bid to cover the bet.

The banker who takes care of the website would get 1/2 % commission or even less.If the club idea took off,the banker would probably pull in 5K a month tax free. It's a win for the bettor who knows he won't get jerked around hoping to get paid and he's paying very little juice.

Here's a tip - if it's a website run by raiders or AK then keep the hell away.

To many police and feds to pay off if you want to do something like this in the USA and tax evasion is what brought down a feller by the name Al Capone. Just use one of the good exchanges.

It would never work. You'd have stiff jobs like crazy, or post-ups and an illegal book. Money transfers would be expensive also.

This is essentially the business model of betting exchanges.

If there is any profit by the operator it would be bookmaking or facilitating bookmaking. Garet Bradford proved this. He also stiffed players which helped put the spot light on him but his felonies were due to the "club" he operated.

As soon as I saw the thread title, I knew Garet's name would come up.

BrentCrude, this is pretty much the idea behind exchanges such as Tradesports and Mansion. I've played at TS for years, paying little or no juice (or charging the juice!). Downside at TS is the small offer of bets. Mansion is a big step up from that, but TS is still best for live trading.
