    OT - 6/12/2006 Puzzle
Yesterday's answer was "August Horch". RickySteve and darkghost can share the credit fior that one.

Being a Monday, today's should be quite a bit easier:

A Great Ball Player, A Great Man, A Great American
George Herman "Babe" Ruth is one of the most well known figures in all of baseball. Even now, coming up on 60 years after his death, his image is still recognizable worldwide. He's been on the cover of Time and Newsweek, and has graced the pages of magazines as diverse as Better Homes & Gardens, Playboy, and Scientific American. One particular photo of him has appeared in the New York Times on over 300 separate occasions.

Where was the first place his face appeared?

Well I might have phrased it a bit differently ... but you have the right idea.

Then they've started building baseball fields in the oddest of places.

Taco didn't even try to get the answer right. Since his intention was not to be correct, I don't think he should receive credit.

Jeez, have you joined the forums police as well?

Since I usually have trouble understanding Ganchrow's questions when I have been given the answer, I think that was a pretty good attempt.

I've now added this feat to my signature so it will be remembered for years to come.
