David Duchovny is out of rehab.
David Duchovny is out of rehab and back in the arms of his wife, Tea Leoni.
The couple appeared to have put their troubles behind them as they posed arm in arm for a photograph at the New York Czech Festival on the Upper East Side on Saturday.
The sighting also prompted Duchovny's lawyer to confirm that the 48-year-old actor had "successfully completed his treatment”.
"David is out of rehab and about to start a new movie," lawyer Stanton "Larry" Stein told People.
The couple was a picture of togetherness as they strolled through the Czech street festival and bought food late Saturday morning.
They agreed to pose for a photograph after being approached by festival volunteer Ivana Kovarova.
"I hesitated a little bit to ask because I didn't want to bother them but his wife was just great and said, 'Yes, of course. Why not?'," Kovarova said.
"They were eating some Czech meal and sitting at a table. They looked like a normal family – they were just talking to each other and eating."
The couple's marriage appeared to be on shaky ground two months ago when Duchovny voluntarily entered rehab to address sex addiction, prompting Leoni, 42, to cancel numerous promotional appearances for her new film, "Ghost Town."
