#6no wonder he sucked as a football player. He can't move all of those muscles without asking them if they want to move. Push ups and situp won't get you like that naturally.Comment -

#91000 pushups and 1000 situps, and 1 injection a day.
great post. only the stars from the last decade are under scrutiny for steroids and being left out of hall of fames for excelling while taking juice when others were mediocre taking juice.
but for real, steroids were impacting sports in the 70s and 80's without anyone batting an eyelastComment -

#35I have followed Walker since his days at Georgia. He is probably in the top 5 most freak athletes the world has ever seen. He was one of the most punishing power runners of all time who happened to also be the fastest man in the NFL (defeated Redskins CB Darrell Green for the title). Without a doubt he is the most physically gifted player to ever play the sport of football.
It is all natural, he has been a health freak his entire life and has exercised extensively every day of his life since he was a little kid.
He was a pro-bowler for 2 consecutive seasons in the NFL, 1987 and 1988.
He holds the professional football record for single-season rushing yards with 2,411 yards in 1985, averaging 5.50 yards per attempt in 18 games, this was in the UFL though.
He is considered to be the best college football player to ever play the game, and if he had stayed for his senior year he would have set a rushing record that would have never been even challenged.
He won the Heisman trophy in 1982. In 1980 he led Georgia to the national championship despite breaking his arm early in their final game, the Sugar Bowl. He still finished with over 100 yards against Notre Dame and Georgia won the national championship.
From wikipedia: "He has a fifth-degree black belt in tae kwon do and he nearly made the Olympic team in the sprint relay. He competed in the 1992 Winter Olympics in two-man bobsled, finishing seventh.[18] He ran the 100 meters in 10.22 seconds and the 100 yards in 9.3 seconds. He also won back-to-back American Superstars competitions in 1987 and 1988. Walker stated in an in-studio interview during BaD Radio on August 23, 2010 that he still performs 3,500 sit-ups and 1,000 push ups every day. He has been going through this same routine since high school."Last edited by WileOut; 01-20-11, 09:07 AM.Comment
