In MN it used to be 18 in all casinos but I think that has changed since I was 18.

In Michigan Soaring Eagle in Mt. Pleasant is the only 18+ casino all the others are 21+. They grandfathered Soaring Eagle in because they hold concerts catering to CMU students.

In OK any Cherokee is 21 and up..most of the others: Choctaw, Downstream (Mo, OK), are 18........
