    AVOID Betandgame - cheating customers
Please be aware of this bookie. They have no idea of what they are doing. DO NOT open an account!!
I backed a team on their Betting Exchange (so they call it). Everything was ok. Correct date, time, country, league, home and away-team.
However they cancelled my bets as they have “swithed” the odds. A matched bet on a Betting Exchange was voided!

    My question is:
    - How can Betandgame cancel a matched bet on a Betting Exchange if they do not set their own odds?

    I got this email:
We are sorry to inform you that we had a technical problem resulting in switched odds on market 86051 on Atvidaberg-Orebro. As a result of this error, we were forced to cancel all bets connected to this market.

    I wrote back:
Does Betfair, Betsson, BetDaq cancel bets on the Betting Exchange? No. Why? They do not feed their own markets with odds. Betting Exchanges are customer to customer and you have no right to cancel matched bets on a Betting Exchange.

    I didn’t revieve any answer.

Lets have a look at the rules at Betandgame:
We do not accept bets ourselves on the BettingExchange, but we provide our members with an automated facility for the placing of bets with each other on sporting and other events. In return for this service, we deduct a commission from each member's net winnings on an individual betting or gaming market (the 'Market').

    And

Once an offer you have made for a bet is accepted, or you have accepted an offer for a bet on our BettingExchange, the instructions to the Company that you gave to hold your stake as stakeholder for the use of the winner pending the outcome of the bet are irrevocable. You may not request the withdrawal of any sums held by BetandGame as stakeholder pending settlement of outstanding bets and/or pending cancellation of any outstanding offer for bets.

    STILL:
They voided it. I will go to IBAS about this. I have screenshot of the bet.
LMAO. A bookie with absolutely NO IDEA of an Betting Exchange. Avoid avoid avoid,

Let me hear: Are there anyone in here, who has been up to the same by this “Betting Exchange”?

    Here are the screenshot

All matched bets voided after I recieved the email:

    But once again
This is person to person not bookmaker to person.

Did they void the bet after the game had taken place ? If they did they are just crooks

If however they voided before the game & there was a genuine market error (It has happened before recently on Betfair on a tennis match) then they can 'void' the market.

How big an odds error was there on 'Orebro' , im guessing that they were the ones who should have been trading at 1.80instead of the odds you got of 3.85 - 2.5 ?

So basically you're saying that book has rights to void any market where they're in surebet position? You think thats legit?

Most books gladly void all markets in which their odds are 10 cents out of the line, though...

No I am not saying that, but by the look of things somehow the market was set up 'wrong' where a 1.8 team had odds inputted in of between 3.8 - 2.5. I guess this exchange was 'seeding' the market & got it wrong

Actually thinking of it now, no they should NOT have voided the bet.

The main thing I wanted to know was did they use 'rogue' behaviour & void it after the result was known? At least if they had voided it before the bet could have been 'Covered' elsewhere (Obviously this was a 'scalp' bet).

I guess this is an exchange to avoid as they are obviously seeding & not honouring prices taken even if they were 'errors'
