    Sportsbooks go silent when receiving negative feedback
    I mostly use European sportbooks, but my opinion is that bookies tend to answer so friendly and fast when its an email that dont hassle them..But as soon as there is something negative, even the most professional company go silent for a long time or never replies.

    I do understand that it takes longer time for a company to deal with negative critics, because they have to contact the right person and get the "right answer". But it happens a lot you dont get any reply at all because they simply want you to forget it.

    I have never been blocked from a sportsbook, so I am not rude Except from BetAndWin of course, they cant handle if you win more than 10 dollar..

    But it irritates me that sportsbooks are so arrogant when it comes to subjects that are negative..for example complaints on limits etc..

    Just a thought, sorry if subject is wasted.

    Agreed diamond.

    This is one thing I do like about pinnacle. its like they know what players dont like and they seem to focus on getting the stuff right.

    European bookies also probably know everything that players dont like but, for their business reasons, they carry on regardless.

    Also, as someone once famously said here, CS can basically tell you the names of their grandkids and thats about it. Thats doubly true of Euro bookies .. almost universally shocking CS.

      I agree too. It must be some social difference between Europe and the rest of the world. Employees here are much more influenced by socialism, they want just rights and rights but not to work. They do not take the fact they are paid by the firm nad better for the firm is better for them. Plus managers“s behavior to the employees is often demoralizing, so no one cares for the firms and customers.

        Very true. When trying to help players with European books I receive response maybe half the time. US focused bookes 95%.

          Cheers guy, interesting feedback. I used VIP Sports, Pinnacle mostly off shore, and they have excellent and prompt service..We in Europe have a lot to learn from these.
