I mostly use European sportbooks, but my opinion is that bookies tend to answer so friendly and fast when its an email that dont hassle them..But as soon as there is something negative, even the most professional company go silent for a long time or never replies.
I do understand that it takes longer time for a company to deal with negative critics, because they have to contact the right person and get the "right answer". But it happens a lot you dont get any reply at all because they simply want you to forget it.
I have never been blocked from a sportsbook, so I am not rude
Except from BetAndWin of course, they cant handle if you win more than 10 dollar..
But it irritates me that sportsbooks are so arrogant when it comes to subjects that are negative..for example complaints on limits etc..
