Dude was a total A-hole who had a bad relationship with the the most important player on the team, Matt Cassel. They had to let him go, guy clearly lost all respect of his team. Goodbye Haley and hello Josh McDaniel.

this sounds plausible. What coach is going to do better , given all the injuries to their star players.

Honestly, I don't think it had anything to do with the loses as much as his questionable decisions before they had injuries. Haley decided to give Dexter Mccluster and Jamal Charles about an even split in carries. You don't do that to a guy who last year led the league in yards per carry. He was very unorthodox in his approach during the preseason and in his decisions for playing time on the field. Charles still didn't get enough carries last year. I don't understand why you'd take a winning formula and try to change it before the season started by reducing the number of touches for JC.
