Revenge factor certainly there for Vaidisova, after she was blasted off the court last month to the tune of 6-3 6-0 by the American Mattek. While I don't feel that was a true account of the skill disparities here, Mattek has definitely seemed to start stepping her game up and playing more toward her ability.

I'm not sure what to think of the American on hard court though and even though she's in her own backyard, I'll give the slight nod to Vaidisova who (on "paper") wins this match pretty handily. It won't be as easy as the stats would indicate, but the revenge factor is a good motivational tool in this situation for a tight 2 set victory.
