First at all Hi to every sbr forum member..
i am new here
i heard SBR forums members are very helpful in sportsbook problems.please give me advice in this case...

i deposited in 1 good sportsbook.
i got there 100% bonus automaticly...
i complete wager and sent request for payout
i got email in just two hours. we need your ID for withdraw payout..
i asked to Live chat why i send you my id?
she told me we need it if player use casino Bonus
i said ok..

i said her i was don,t know you will ask to my passport in bonus case. so i told her you can remove my bonus and winnings in this case.i wanna play casino games with my own money.

she said why you not [providing your id?
i said i not wanna share my privacy to anyone with documents.
if you need you can call me for confermation...

she call me and i gave her my information but she suspend my account and steel my 185$ and now saying we need id to send back your own money...

i am confuse now.what i do?

last year i faced same problem in maxima casino..
i sent id to them...
and after sent id i got so many ppl email that they have my id
and they sent that to me.the id sent i Maxima was in wrong hands .i don,t know how.

i Not want to share My id documents to anyone Online.

what i do now?
will i get my 185 deposited money back ?

Yes they can it is standard at most books now if you pay with credit card how did you deposit if I may ask

Some books require it for moneybookers all do for credit card and basically none do for ** or **, what book is it if they are an A book here I would send it you have nothing to worry about and then in the future only use ** if you dont want to have to send ID

I would send them your paperwork they are not a threat they do not like winners though so make it harded to get your funds

That is a standard procedure these days sir. My advice would be just to send in all the info they requested, and you be Ok with payouts from there on out.
