I think this is a good book run by a solid team. However, they are going to be moving and upgrading and making some big changes over the next 60 days. They have stopped taking new clients and therefore we are going to be very cautious, hence the downgrade.

They're upgrading and SBR downgrades them! I understand completely but it is a bit ironic.

They chose a way to upgrade that we don't quite understand. Not taking new clients for a couple of months is a policy that we are not comfortable with. With that said, SBR fully trusts those guys. The money is good and there is no shortage of honor.

funny I was not able to log into my account for the last 2 months to reup. I had no money in the account and was just thinking of reup.
I just thought they locked me out because I was winning too much.. Stupid me.

Santo,
We are only aware of what Bill reported. If anyone needs us to contact them write Bill at Assistance@Sportsbookreview.com. That may have something to do with the software change. Contact us or the book and let us know.

I'm sure it's not a problem. It takes a surprisingly short period of inaction before Heritage inactivates your account.
If you want to play there again, just give them a quick phone call and they'll have you going almost instantly. It has happened to me a couple times.

Thanks guys, wasn't aware of that policy -- only really use them for baseball. Will drop them a line next week and get it reopened.
