Should WWTS be A+ if Neteller payouts take 2 days?
I don't know what level of payout service should be expected from an A+ book, but I'm not happy with WWTS. In the past they have been good about paying Neteller requests the same day (per their policy I think requests received before 12PM ET are processed the same day).

But I requested a $3,000 payout last night on line and just contacted them to check the status and was told that requests above $1,000 require management approval therefore my request will not be processed until tomorrow. Apparently management approved my request today but they still can't get it processed today. I was told that I'm not the only one....that all requests above $1,000 got delayed today.

I told them that I requested a $5000 payout yesterday morning (11AM ET) and got the payout the same day (by 4PM ET). They told me that yesterday was not as busy a day as today.

I think all A+ graded books need to be able to CONSISTENTLY process same day Neteller payouts. WWTS should be downgraded....

You are correct. You should have your Neteller within 24 hrs on a week day. If your funds need to be transferred from the casino or poker it may take more time.

Email me your account # and name to assistance@sportsbookreview.com so I can see what the deal is. Thanks for sharing with the forum.

Thanks for offerring to help again, Bill. After I spoke w/CS via on line chat, I sent an email to 'accounting@cprocessing.com' complaining about the processing delay and telling them I need to have my funds today. Shortly after I sent the email, my payout got processed.

I don't know why CS told me I couldn't get my payout today, or maybe my email had any effect. The issue is resolved though it seems their internal operations are NOT efficient enough to warrant an A+. They are not in the same class as Pinnacle.

I don't play at WWTS much but I will let you know if I run into anymore hassels. Thanks again for the prompt support!

Thanks for the update CA. I'm glad to hear they got it done in the 24. I can tell you that we haven't received any other complaints like this.

You could make a good case for Pinnacle setting the standard and holding the only A+ and bumping everyone else down one spot. Fortunately for other books, different players demand different things.

          Couldn't agree more.

While perhaps you could make some sort of argument that a more bonus-oriented book than Pinnacle would be of greater value to a certain, very limited flavor of recreational player, it's difficult to even begin to imagine the brand of mutant that would find any of the other three A+ rated "professional" books (CRIS, Greek, and Hollywood) of value even approaching that of Pinnacle.

That's a case that I could get behind.

I have an appreciation for books like WWTS that are honest and stable and never stiff but, for playing purposes, I would rather have 1 Pinnacle than 10 WWTS's.

Okay that doesn't make sense because 10 WWTS's would all be the same but hopefully my point can be taken.

Yes well they do have from time to time excellent bonuses And, not that I want to be mother hen but they have overnights. They are up now on SBRLines. This was an A+ book before Pinnacle was even known and set the benchmark for customer service. I think they still deserve their A+ rating but they should look at this thread and consider improving their Neteller policy.
