Why u tapping ur foot on the rubber? When u step back you should be keeping the front foot half on the rubber, and not taking it off the ground.

He balks every time he pitches, this guy claimed to play ball a St Johns. He has very good form though but doubt he ever stepped on a mound other than maybe little league..

Nice form, Pat. But no way you were a pitcher. Legs are too skinny and that's where the power and junk comes from: hips, legs and ass. You probably pitched a practice game once, got rocked, and ended up in right field.

had a full ride to st johns. dropped outta high school. dominated tournaments with players all over the tri state area. threw a 1 hitter vs a good team in a tourny with a st johns scout watchin. not done with the game yet. I'm gettin back into shape and goin to open tryouts for minor league teams.
