    Youwager.com refuses to pay!
I have twice requested a payout from youwager, where I refuse to play after learning more about this company.

My first request for a free Neteller payout, last week, was refused. I made this request after learning of the security breach. They wanted me to pay 4%, and when I said I wouldn't, they increased it to 8%. The account is just for 2000, so that is $160 they are trying to steal from me.

Nate then writes me that a withdrawal by E-check is free. So I use E-check, which I never use, but hey, whatever.

Guess what. Even though the E-check is free, they still want to charge me $160 for that transfer!

I have the e-mails with Nate to back this up.

They are obviously using the "How to balls up your business in next to no time" textbook.

          Nate:

I know she said 4% to you….but it is costing ME 8% and since you want to bust my balls on and on about this, you can pay exactly what the transactions are costing me.
With busting his balls he means I mentioned this on this forum. I have a right to one free Neteller withdrawal, but he wants to charge me 8%.

An electronic check is free to you. Call it in by 1 PM eastern time and in 90% of cases it is in your bank account the next afternoon-10% of cases the next business day.
          Fine... But...

          Reply after request for E-check:
          payoutrequests@youwager.com wrote: Mr. / Ms. -------,

Your payout request has been rejected for the following reason:

There is a fee involve ( $160 ). therefore your payout can`t be for $2000.

Please reply to this message as soon as possible with your approval, new instructions or required information to complete the transaction.

The payout will be processed according to the date and time our Customer Service Department receives the approval of the charges or changes to the payout.

Without your approval the payout will NOT be processed.

          Regards,

Clearly, they treat you like sh*t when you want to withdraw money.

I don't like the lack of professionalism.

That sounds more like a pouty kid than a business.

A solid operation doesn't play games like that. They should just stick to their word.

How can they possibly be B+?

I dont understand .... how can a book thats got these issues be B+? How could they be a more risky book to be with? Are your funds safe? No. Can you withdraw as agreed? No. Professional management? No.

                  They sound like BetRoyal now.

Good luck, Dark Horse. I hope Bill can help you out.

YouWager is always advertising on the Howard Stern radio show. It would be funny if someone called Stern up and told him what kind of business YouWager is running. 1-800-ASSHOLE is Sterns number, if anyone is interested.

This is a book we hardly ever had any complaints, except about their phone sales, now all of the sudden a couple of complaints back-to-back. Not good.

Bill did help out. Thanks! They basically halved all their demands. I agreed to a 1x rollover. Would rather not play there at all, but my mistake to deposit with a B book.

Betting is like doing business with people. No difference. Youwager is where they sell the 2nd hand cars. At best. They have full juice and late lines, so they advertise like hell with 30% free play and 25% insurance twice a year. Only problem is management considers everyone but the most loyal customers 'bonus whores'. Very little respect for clientele here.

Fortunately, there are many class acts out there. Would love to see personal lists. Mine:

I know we are reviewing their rating. Like I said earlier we just never had many complaints until recently. But now we see some CS issues and other things.

I can always find better lines elsewhere, one time
they did maintenance on their site when there was

Never saw it mentioned on their site. Of course I don't deposit not to have action, but things happened. Security concern... (see other thread about youwager). That should have been reason enough for anyone wanting out for a free withdrawal.

They just juggle with numbers WAY too much. Wanted 4%, then doubled it to 8% for a withdrawal that is advertised as free. Wanted 2x rollover, then lowered it to 1x rollover to 'qualify' for a free Neteller withdrawal. Wanted $160 for E-check withdrawal that I was told would be free, then lowered it to $80. Very two-faced depending on whether money is deposited or withdrawn. Hypocrites, in other words.
