Just got the promo. Get this.

If you haven't met your initial rollover, the new rollover for the March Madness offer is:

          A) 250 free play x4 = $1000
          B) (250 added to current account balance) x 4
          C) New rollover is A+B.

That's one astronomical increase in rollover... lol.
If they had a normal way of adding the new rollover (4x250) to my remaining rollover I would use this offer without a second thought. Weird.

I think for 250 initial deposit +250 free play the rollover would be 4x500, but not sure.

This could be tricky. Say you deposit 250 for the max 250 free play. I've been winning with them, so I'm not sure what their policy is when you lose and redeposit without having met your rollover. I believe they may apply the original 4x rollover to the redeposit. Not sure; about 75% sure that they're on the sly side. When it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

What a mess ... how can it do a book any good to confuse its members? To me anyway, it gives a really seedy impression.

Bit like an creepy lawyer trying to both encourage you to do something and bewilder you into what it actually means.

I should never have confessed to that charge.

No, your rollover just get reset and it's 4x your new deposit + bonus. I've done it many times.

Skybook is an A- book and not sly or tricky at all. In my experience, it's just the opposite and they won't let you take a bonus without having everything thoroughly spelled out and agreed to.

Their terms are unfriendly to winners because once you have taken a payout, you are never eligible for a bonus there again (unless you redeposit everything you have taken out) - but they're completely up-front about that and not sneaky about anything.

                              Ok. Glad to hear it.

Guess I was a bit confused by their math in the earlier example.

On second thought, there is such a thing as being sly by being open.

Most bettors don't ask the questions we ask, and the book knows that. So by giving the appearance of being completely open, they sow trust. What do many people do when they think a book is trustworthy? They don't ask the questions. In this case that may come back to bite you.

OK, I pulled an allnighter. lol.

I generally despise the piss poor customer service found at just about every sportsbook. Skybook, however, is THE BEST in the business. They are not shady or tricky at all. At any time you can click the chat link in the corner of the page. Within seconds a friendly, English-fluent agent will provide you with an intelligent response to whatever issue you may have. Of the 25 books I play, no one else comes close to this standard of quality.

I agree that skybook has great CS...I had made some mistakes placing a wager on the wrong side one time (on a fairly large wager)...they canceled it for me since the line was still the same and let me place the correct wager...
