    VIP and Betgameday
I got an offer from betgameday on a match bonus.

I emailed them after I made the deposit and they said I had already made a deposit there.

I have never made one at betgameday but I have at vip.

    Who is correct here?
I'm kinda annoyed at this entire situation. I know they are owned/operated by the same company but does not seem logical that because I made a deposit at vip that they should not offer a bonus at betgameday.

The thing that might be confusing is that both accounts have the same account name on them. ( I usually use the same name if I have a choice to choose one)
Alot of books assign you an account number.

I'm thinking about just withdrawing my deposit and going elsewhere.

    Any suggestions??

if you are a net winner at any VIP site they will not give you bonuses at their other sites. not much you can do. the sites suck anyways. take your money and move on.

DM, that is a little misleading. as far as withdrawing the deposit goes, thats entirely upto you bud.

this is the prime example of why you call up books, and ask if you qualify before you make the deposit.

Yeah that's just business-as-usual with some families of books. Another example of related books working in concert is the DPT group (ABC Islands, Jazz, Looselines). Like VIP, they won't let you just bounce from book-to-book and get new bonuses once you're no longer eligible somewhere else under their umbrella.

Thanks guys, I am still awiating a response from them.

I guess it is kinda my fault, but it was a small deal( under 500 dollars, but 100% match with only a 3x roll) so I was all over it.

I knew I never had an account with them, kinda figured it was some easy money with that bonus and rollover.

I played this game with DSI and Cris ( they are related corect?) and had no problems.
So I figured i would be all set.(silly me).

It pisses me off when theese books send you stuff in the mail, and then make an excuse to blow you off.

It's not like I went looking to open an account with theese guys. They sent me an offer. I responded. Rules changed.

Ohh well if I don't get the bonus I am taking my money out. After playing with the low juice books I have a very hard time placing bets at -110.

Yep, they're related. Sometimes books in the same family don't seem to communicate with each other on the matters.

            Gotta take it case-by-case.

It's possible to get more than one signup bonus with VIP serviced books but like the guys said, the reload bonus rules apply. Unfortunately players receive reload offers from almost all sportsbooks with bonuses, even when they aren't qualified.

It sucks, especially for newer players but it's the nature of marketing. I still get credit card offers from the same companies I am already signed up with. It's almost spam.
