    need help with Omni slow pay
    I emailed Bill Dozer with this problem. Hopefully he can help.

    I have an account with Omni. I have never had a problem with them slow paying until this week when I won over $15K (which is much more than I've won in the past). They have a 5X rollover requirement on their bonuses. I took a bonus and rolled it over 5X and emailed their customer service to confirm this, which they did.

    Then I requested a $5K payout (they have a $5K/day limit) and they processed it just fine. Then the next day I requested another $5K payout and they did not process it this time. They told me that a manager had determined that I'm a "professional" player and therefore should be required to rollover 8X instead of 5X. So I can't have anymore payouts until I meet the additonal rollover requirement.

    I told them that they can't implement this new requirement AFTER the fact and they had already told me that my rollover was met.

    This doesn't seem fair.

    ==== UPDATE========
    Thanks Bill. They did reverse their decision and processed all subsequent payouts on time. I never got any explanation on why they changed their mind.

      Welcome to the forum Ralph. I appreciate the calm, professional manner in which you have outlined your complaint. Congrats on the good week.

      That's a pretty absurd scenario you are describing. It's not much different than a book saying that a confirmed bet you won at -110 really should have been -130 and reducing your winnings.

      No sir, that's not acceptable.

            The moral of the story is BEWARE of Omni if you are a big winner. Get them to email you confirmation of what your rollover is in case they go back on their terms.

              Don't roll over one more dollar. Don't give them any more action. Hold the line and demand your money.

              I guess it's just the same old game over there, nothing has changed. This is the same thing they pulled on MyFootballGame.

              Hopefully Bill can Help you get your money.

                  SBR Bill Dozer reports: Omni Sportsbook(SBR rating D+) reverses decision to add wagering requirements to bettor’s winnings before processing additional payouts. This was a common complaint from BetUs and Omni clients in years past. Forcing the player to risk his/her funds is a form of theft.
