Well, since I'm from Europe it's logical to bet mostly on soccer. For punters who bet high ammounts of money, 2 bookies are very populare lately, Pointbet and 10bet. There's an open threat about pointbet at the forum. But there's no talking about 10bet (www.10bet.com)

On both of those 2 bookmakers you can bet asian handicaps which are very popular, under/over on total goals etc. But 10bet has a big advantage. They are member of IBAS.

I wonder how come and there's no rating for them yet. Anyone else bets there and wants to share his thoughts about them ?

I think its only recently that they've started targeting US players. They have great lines, not only in soccer but for US sports as well. The general managers are very responsive. I think if they ultimately really want to get American players, they will have to rethink their payout policies. According to the rules, if you request more than 1 payout in 30 days, there is a 5% penalty. I've never seen a rule like that before. I don't know if they actually enforce that policy, but I think its one they need to get rid of.

I've been noticing quite a bit of adverising around the Euro forums from 10bet recently, as yet I've not seen any complaints regarding them, could be seen as positive I suppose.
I had a little look around their site a couple of days ago and noticed that they seem to offer pretty large limits for a Euro book, be good to hear from anybody who's had any experience with them.

Very vague comments in the 'About Us' section.
I would like to know how well financed their operation is & who the backers are.

Also shame they didn't run a spell checker through the 'about us' section...

"We handle each and every account with
complete discretion and high safety standarts. "

Probably being picky but such errors do not inspire 100% confidence

I still have memories of being 'Stiffed' by 2 UK books, NetBetSports & Sporting Options
(Though Betfair bailed me out of my losses with the latter)

LBG ive been at 10bet.com going on a year. My main use for them is calcio and some tennis. Also at times they'll have better juice than Pinny on their MLB totals. Have requested i think about 4 neteller withdrawals from them since my time their and within 30 minutes its in my NT account. No photo id required or any of that other BS. Request payout and done. Granted i do not leave over 4 figures in their but not a single complaint on my part from them as of yet.

I've used 10Bet for a few months now and I am happy with their service. What is interesting in 10Bet is the relationship with Pinny. I do not know if there is any, but since I run a little odds comparison proggy I've noticed that their lines move amazingly alike with Pinnacles. I've witnessed a few cases where Pinnacle has an obvious error in their line and also 10Bet has the same error. The lines are not copies but they are very close to each other.

Dunno, maybe I am just paranoid but this has been the case. Lately, there have not been such events though.

They are quick to limit winning accounts. My maximums for tennis and baseball are £100 and £200 respectively. They also void quite a few of my bets. There are no slow (or no) pay reports though. I wouldnt go leaving a hefty balance in there. They are relatively new on the scene, about 9 months (maybe a year), and when I signed up, a gentleman with a strong accent phoned me to ask for my suggestions, on various matters, from their website layout to the type of odds they should offer. None of my suggestions have been implemented. Despite the statement on the site claiming to be a UK company, I suspect they are actually based either in Eastern Europe or Israel. I can also confirm what the poster above says, in that they copy Pinn lines, albeit at greater juice.

I've heard too that the owners are from Israel. I've never heard from anyone about limits on soccer matches, and I talk to a lot of big punters. One thing that you may haven't noticed ( a friend of mine told me that ), one time he had around 100 euros limit on a basketball handicap bet, but ! He tried to bet again and again on the limit and the accepted those bets ( and paid them too). You can try it and tell us if it happens in your account too.

Just a little update on this company.

Earlier I said I am happy with them but lately I decided to stop using them.

The problem would be that they are by far the most eager bet voiders I have seen in my betting days. It is truly impossible to say what is a good offer and what is a mistake.

A friend of mine also got a "Sure bet draw/cancelled" on one of his bets. I do not think it is players responsibility to know whether a line is a sure bet or not.

And this is just for your knowledge, I do not need the whole Betonstars routine here with people blaming each other. I will just walk away from this bookie.

The bet that was voided for me was something like

                              market average:

                              1 x 2
                              3,2 - 3,75 - 1,85

my bet was on 2 with odds (2,2) second highest offers on 2 at about 2,00.

They were one of the first to put that line up so there really was no market average to look at, when I made the bet.

I am sorry that these numbers are not accurate (except the odds i took) and the market averages are what became to be the averages.

                              Hopefully this helps

Theyve been advertising a lot on UK forums ... I took a look for their much publicized 'low juice' (one advert even says "better than Pinnacle") but found the odds to be worse .. so never went back.

What I can never understand is ... they have withdrawal limits/fees (unheard of for most bookies in Europe), they are a new start up, they offer no incentives, (I think) are barely marginally competitive ... and yet some people have joined.

                                I have no idea why.

                                      PJesnik,

10Bet gave us their banker contacts at Barclays in the UK. Once we have a phone conversation with them we will proceed with our evaluation. Having a Barclays account means more than a UK license.

The book (or companies affiliated with it) does work out of Israel. They use proprietary software that is developed and maintained there. Wagers are taken by internet only and should only go through UK servers.

There is a lot of verifying that has to be done and before 10Bet receives a favorable grade they will need to add support for English clients. I have called the number for general Qs and the level of communication is poor.

On a positive note, this is a respected bookmaker that primarily serves Euro players. A+ bookmakers do monitor their numbers and the volume they get on Euro sports. American-betting clients are just now becoming a priority but if ownership moves forward with their plans, we will hear a lot about this sportsbook in the future.

I'd like to hear more from the players who had their wagers voided? How long was it after the bet was placed? What sports? What was the difference in odds?

This bookmaker might have left me worse impression than any other shop, Maybe BAW and Eurotip excluded.

As I already mentioned in this thread I originally decided to walk away from them because I never knew what was an werroneous line. I gave them a second chance however only to notice that they do not accept any of my bets. In 2 months time I tried to place a bet about 20 times and never was my bet accepted. I always got a page saying "your bet is being verified, please wait". That page stood there for at least 5 minutes and then I was presented an offer with lower odds or lower bet amount. It honestly looks like my account has been flagged and someone is manually checking every bet I try to make.

Another scary feature is that when you select a bet from events list at certain odds you get no kind of warning if the odds have changed when you come to confirm page. Twice I accidently made a bet with lower odds than I wanted (back when I was still able to make bets).

And the sugar on top - I finally decided that this REALLY is not the book for me. So I withdrew all my money (about 850€). They give one free withdrawal every 28 days otherwise they charge 15$ or equivalent. My last withdrawal was 32 days ago, but nevertheless they charged 15 € (which is not equivalent for 15$) from my balance. I sent them a mail and they apologized for the error and placed 15€ to my betting account?? Now I cannot withdraw those 15 € before another 28 days have passed.

This is my experience with them and it might just be, that I've been unlucky but I certainly cannot recommend them to anybody.

I used them for about six months, never really had any bigger problems. However, there were some things which I didn't like. Like for example, CFB and NFL would sometimes just disappear completely so I couldn't place any bets that evening. Some months ago they offered only two NCAAB games per day and there was no real explanation for that. Also, like some posters said above, the lines are quite similar to what Pinnacle has(but with greater juice) so I rarely found anything to play there.

Great feedback fellas. I'll use a lot of this next time I speak with ownership.

If you just move the cursor over the odds you will see the maximum amount of money you can place without verification. If you place that amount your bets will be accepted immediately.
