I find Monday a great day for betting

It's obviously not as good as Saturday/Sunday when there are more games and more line fluctuations - but I find that Monday is a good day for finding lines.

I don't know if it's because the regular linesmakers have the day off after a busy weekend and we get replacements who are lazier and less sharp. Whatever the reason, there is no denying I consistently have good Mondays.

I used to consider Monday-Tuesday my "weekend." But I have found Mondays to be so good, I switched to Tues/Wed.

Then again maybe I'm demented and it's all in my head.

Then again maybe Monday really is a good day and I'm also demented.

In any case, let the wagering begin!

I think this is great info. Personally, I feel that because so much action takes place on weekends, a lot of lines stay ripe on Monday as bettors take time off.

You make a great point Mudcat. Over the last several months I have been doing quite well on Mondays. Tuesdays are decent as well, but Wednesdays I have getting killed on. I thought I was the only one who had better luck on these days. Thanks for pointing out that I'm not alone.

Obviously seasonal and depends on what you bet and earns. During college hoops I think even the slow days like Sunday and Monday can be pretty good as you say. Wednesday and Thursday are very good with lot of games and then there is bet until you drop Saturday. I like how Friday is fairly slow aside from NBA, but can't stay out to late if going to hit Saturday hard.
