I noticed as soon as you hit post reply, that will be the time stamp for your post.
For example if i decide to reply to a thread at 9:31, but make a long post and dont hit submit till 9:37, it shows i posted it at 9:31.
Not sure if this applies to the quick reply thing (probably not), but if you actually hit the post reply button this does happen.
Maybe its supposed to be this way, im not sure, just thought it was odd.
