    Click2Pay
So i just registered with them today.

I entered my credit card information on signup, and then an hour later I check my statement online and I've been deducted a little less than 10 bucks by them. Anyone know what this is about?

I'm going to call them tonight about it.

    ======================================== ==

    EDIT:

Just received email from their customer support, and they told me that the charge was merely a 'Authorization block' of some sort on the funds, and that the funds will not actually be debited from my credit card account. They claimed it would be unblocked immediately, but if not, then the charge would be automatically removed within a 7 day period. Looking forward to it being unblocked..esp before I get my statement

It could be a security check conformation type thing like Neteller does.

thats what I'm thinking but the best I can remember when I used them the verification was like 1.38 or something like that.

I found them useless because of the low limit

anyone else who can provide some help to me?

I tried calling their number with a calling card, and its not working. I'm not sure if its the calling card, or its their problem.
Since they are based in Germany, telephone fees are quite expensive if you call them from North America. i have also emailed them but I heard that they are not efficient at all with that.

I will try again in the morning.

anyone use them. seems i can get a free payout from a book if i use this choice, but can't get any info from the site, plus it seems to be German based.

first off i can't sign up or even try, site tells me my ip address is not located in the US or any of the other countries listed.

If i could sign-up, it says it is 10 euros for a debit card. doesn't say how much i'll be charged for each transaction , not including what the local bank atm will charge. And it dosen't say what country the card will be issued from.

If i want to withdrawal by check it says 2 euros(seems reasonable)and 2-5 days for it to arrive, again that seems very reasonable to be able to mail me a check from somewhere in Europe and i'll get it in less than a week for 2 euros. But it has an * that states a foreign exchange rate of 2.5% plus the daily interbank rate will be applied.
WTF? an exchange rate AND a daily interbank rate? are they saying that if a book gives them money to pay me in US currency, that they have to convert it to their currency and then back to US currency for me? I don't get it.
They don't answer e-mails, or they haven't yet.
And even though i have yet to sign-up cause of the ip address issue, i read in the terms somewhere that i have to give banking and credit card info. I don't know about all that .

well they answered, not all the questions, just said "we don't except people from the US".

I guess that is why the book will offer a free payout through Click2pay, they probably know a majority of their players are from the US and can't use them.
