A bully will pick on anyone that will not stick up for themselves. You can't just go by size, pick on a smaller kid that isn't playing and you might get hurt. You pick on the ones that will not do anything. If you can do it to bigger kids you look like a bad ass.

And what the hell was up with the kid with the camera? Was he drinking or trying not to drop the soap? Can anyone hold a camera still and stay on the subjects being filmed?
