Could Kansas have an easier path to the title? They beat Boston U., Illinois, Richmond, and then VCU tomorrow. Then they get 8 seed Butler and with a win there they are in the final. About as easy of a road as anybody has ever got. Their first tough game will be in the final when they get UConn or Kent/NC. They are the Duke of last year with the easy road.

surprised me after the line in the richmond game, vcu isn't gonna get many easy looks at the basket in the half court set, they don't have the size to do so. they'll have to force KU to turn the ball over even though they don't do that much.

i dunno, still feel as though vcu covers, amazing ball movement and they execute the drive and dish effecively to find the open man on the perimeter.

so for me, its vcu +11.5 and a small play on the ml. gl errbody

yeah easy, not like Butler has the best tourney record over the past 2 seasons or anything, not like Richmond held 16 or so straight opponents under 60, and to call VCU an easy out the way they have been playing is ridiculous as well...I hate the Jayhawks but nothing easy about their road, I guess if you just look at the school names then you could be under this belief.

I'm usually not a fan of laying points like this in a game like this, but I don't know how VCU can hang around against Kansas.

If you like VCU, maybe take the 1H and see how you feel at halftime about making a continuation bet into the 2H. I'm thinking about taking Kansas 2H, hoping VCU hangs around enough in the 1H to pump up some betting value for the 2H. But, seriously, there's a good chance this thing is completely over with like 10 minutes left to play.

Hopefully you're not betting on a backdoor cover if you're taking VCU. It's is a bad bet because Kansas won't let up in this spot.

VCU would be a bigger suprise team in the final four than George Mason was because they have won an extra game and beat better teams to get there.
