Compare Jordan's playoff numbers to Kobe and the comparison is laughable. Hell compare Lebron's playoff # to Kobe and there's a massive difference

Jordan scored nearly 32 ppg at 51% shooting for his career before he unretired to play in washington

those are numbers Kobe will never come close to. He was never even close to the athlete, the scorer and the finisher that Jordan was. And he was not as good of a rebounder or passer either

This is the difference it makes. This late in his career Kobe is still on top. Mj was not. To say Kobe can never be Jordan because he didn't score as much or shoot as well is ignorant.

Kobe could get 2 more rings and still be a top 5 player in the next 3 years and people will still never change there mind.

For individual records and seasons mj has the edge. But as a total career of excellence Kobe is putting together an historic career with long term hi level production.

Both are absolute legends in their own right. Kobe may be a tad bit overrated when people want to make GOAT claims, but Kobe is an OUTSTANDING player.
