True. I just made a BetJam account yesterday since it is so much cheaper to get the $250 cash than every other site... I actually bought it 3 times... so $750 cash. Still waiting for it though.

I bet once Matchbook went down for the US I am sure a bunch of people jumped to 5 dimes for the reduced juice. I imagine SBR buys these free cash things for some cost, maybe 5 dimes upped their cost to SBR cause they aren't as anxious to be selling these as they used to.

Sure would be nice if these were the same prices all across the board for the same amounts. Pricing the same amount at different point levels for both 'A' rated books makes you wonder out loud on why this is being done. Let's see what the response is as I too thought I read somewhere there were going to be no more price increases till later in the year.

If you go back to when the Pro program started 8 months ago there were posts made by admin like there would be no more price increases until next year. But price increases have occured a few times already. I think the nature of the business is that no one can predict the future so take the announcements of admin about no future price increases with a grain of salt. They gave out a ton of points in February on the Poker promotions and somehow those points have to be recaptured by passing the expense to the customers. I think the admin are doing their best to make the points program as viable as it can be and will adjust prices throughout the year to keep it that way. Now everyone needs to visit the casino and give some of these points back so we won't see any more price increases at the store.

I understand that. If there is going to be fluctuation in prices throughout the year. Don't tell us there will be "no" prices increases until the fall.

I would like SBR to chime in on these. I'm sure one of the many Mods clicked on this topic.

Don't get me wrong. I appreciate the point program and all the benefits. Just want to know why this happen.

Sometimes one admin makes an announcement without consulting another admin. SBR needs to hire a public relations spokeperson to make these type of announcements to avoid contraticting themselves in the future. But maybe since no other forum that I know off offers such a generous rewards program the admin don't think they owe us posters an explanation. They can easily shut the points program overnite and don't tell anyone since this is their brainchild.

I can't get a Sportsbet freeplay since I have a 5Dimes account and Sportbet will not allow another account. Need to be 21 to have a BetJam account. 5Dimes inflated price. SBR points are losing their value.

Sportsbooks have the final say on their own branded offers. Would you rather pay the extra points for 5Dimes, or have them disabled from the store entirely? I think I know the answer. =)

The "no price increases" referred to an across the board, SBR initiated price increase.

Guys, do the smart thing and cash in your points for the cheapest cash(small rollover), withdrawal, and redeposit in 5Dimes. It might involve you waiting a few extra days and few extra clicks of the mouse, but there's your resolution.

No need to be a smart ass. I understand. Just wanted a explanation. Maybe announce when the stuff increases, so there is no surprises.

Or put in the sportsbook cash details that prices are subject to change. So people know.
