Al Michaels is currently the best overall in my opinion. I do not take much exception to the guys mtneer1212 identified across the board. Growing up in LA, Vince Scully did the Dodgers, Dick Enberg did the Angels and Rams, and Chich Hearn did the Lakers, it was pretty good stuff.

..love their banter back and forth and sometimes a little humor mixed in there. you can tell these guys are comfortable being around each other and can throw playful jabs without worrying about hurt feelings. also i love my football with al michaels calling the plays...its too bad they gotta add the douche in there with him..
