I have contacted a senior CS manager and they are unaware of this situation...can you please PM me your account number or wager details so he can look further into this?

    Thank you!

Highly disturbing that this guy calls in and the call is not tracked or reported. A + book?

Of course it was tracked/reported- this is why I need the account #, bodog CS doesn't know who he is- this way the CS team can pull up the records and find out what's going on.

        Thanks,
        Becky

You need a new tracking/reporting tool. You software has a major bug and senior management does not know about it? Calvin must need liquidity these days.

I prefer to remain anonymous right now, but the hockey game was on march 19, between Philly Flyers and Dallas Stars. It went to OT and the Flyers won.

Just to be clear, this has nothing to do with Calvin. Calvin Ayre sold the bodog.com operations to Alwyn Morris of MMGG back in '06.

I will update this thread when I learn more about the situation from CS!

So Calvin has no financial interests in Bodog?

                  He does Patrick

All cash and under the table

He runs the operation but not in an official capacity

BodogBecky is a damn warrior. you can page her on multiple gambling forums and she answers. that is not were the warrior part comes from though. Can you imagine skimming through all this crap in PT and other forums and on a day when Bateman is back? would drive me insane. I would not do it for 500k a year and i'm dead serious.

"'that is not where the warrior part comes from though"

It's early for me. Takes me awhile these days to get my grammar going.

Not in bodog.com or in any of the other bodog brand licensees (bodog.co.uk & bodog.ca, bodog88.com) but he does have a financial interest in the brand name which he retained the rights to when he sold off the bodog.com operations to Alwyn Morris in 2006.

Calvin is like a franchisor, he licenses the bodog brand name in a way that is similar to how Richard Branson and the Virgin brand operate. Calvin is also media- he has launched an igaming news, information and lifestyle site which I am also a reporter for. If you are still unclear, I suggest that you visit bodogbrand.com & calvinayre.com as this may help you understand what Calvin is up to these days.

                          Thanks,
                          Becky

Ok, here is what I heard back from a senior CS manager:

As this game went into a shootout, it was graded at the end of overtime in error when the score was still tied at 2. Although human errors are rare, they can occur when manually grading multiple events throughout the day. Therefore we have a process in place to double check all settled wagers to ensure there were no errors like the one in question. This is something we take very seriously and can assure you that all events will be settled according to our sports betting rules. It is always appreciated when someone notifies us in these situations as well, as it helps speed up the process.

                            Hope this helps,
                            Becky
