I have to disagree with you here
I can remember hitting the OTB in Center City and more than half where not all banged up-In suits,valet parking,good looking broads running the wagers
the late 80's when the Llelo became dog dirt cheap as the quality went up is when you saw the banged up barreled in fuks invading the "private" street operations to get out of the cold and get a free meal and try and hustle up $10 to hit the double to get another bag and keep them in action for the rest of the day
