2-4 days means it might be two days or it might take 4 days. I have always got mine 2-3 days.

Yes Lou, but that wasn't my question. Yes, I can read and understand it will take 2-4 days, but it still shows as ordered, and just wondered if that was normal.

Yes, I am little anxious to start working through the rollover.

Yeah, it says ordered, then it will say complete and the cash should be put into the appropriate account shortly.

Delays are normal. With all the points cashing out at once there is a backlog of orders but everyone will eventually get their merchandise. SBR is not amazon.com. Take a deep breath and relax.
