Please Explain.

I have been betting on College B-Ball for more then 22 years and this just baffles me.

Utah St. was ranked 19th in the country by the AP poll, 17th in the USA Today poll and 15th in the RPI but they are a 12 seed in the tourney.

How is that even possible?

They play in a crap conference, play crap teams, deserve a 10 seed at best.
