is there day light saving in europe?

Or is this only a us thing... the reason I ask is cause I noticed all my afternoon soccer starts an hour later (eastern time) which doesn't really help with gettin through work

time change in Europe happens in a couple of weeks time .. (March 27th) so for right now difference will be an hour less than normal.
