Edit: Answered my own question, 2:00 AM it switches to 3:00 AM

I know a couple restaurant bars here last call is at like 12 or 1 i THINK so wouldnt affect much here.

Couldn't remember if it was 1 to 2, 2 to 3, or 3 to 4. I'm usually drunk or asleep during the actual time change so it rarely comes into play.
