    I thought it read that they just shut his bank down for buying offshore products. I've never heard of them shutting down the card completely, I just had mine restricted to only buying stuff billed from the U.S. If my card is suspected of fraudulent purchases, all I have to do is go online and confirm them, through an email.

      This Happened to me like 2 times...Now it doesn't matter what i charge to my account no problems....I just make sure i check my balance every day to make sure it is correct!!
