They can buy sportsbook cash, if they don't already have an account with that sponsor. Before I went pro, I tried to open a new account to get sports cash. Because I already had an account with the sponsor, that sponsor wouldn't allow me to open a second one.

no, I don't think so, not since the point changes. only pro's can buy cash/FP's. the only thing non-pro's can get is the t-shirt

I am not a pro. I am in Vegas so offshore accounts aren't a big need for me.
