Betting only Plus Money?

Does anyone here think betting only Plus money games is a good idea? I know there are many people don't only bet plus money on sports like baseball etc. But isn't betting + money good because if you go 1-1, you are going to be up money or breakeven at the worst assuming the one you win is +100 odds? For nba, nfl, there is a spread so its going to be -110 or a bit better if you get reduced juice.

Actually you CAN make money betting + odds only provided all the plays are +EV.

You would however be losing a lot of opportunities by disregarding - odds plays.

How close to perfectly accurate EV computing is a guy like Billy Walters? In other words when he comes up with a line (an average line for an average play say in college basketball) how close is that line to the perfectly accurate line per play? Just a guess is what I'm looking for.
