are you stupid they will just sue and get a judgement for the rest and the bank collects anyways.

Not as bad as borrowing $460k from a pitcher you normally catch and stiffing him....

Mark Brunell blew $50 million, filing for bankruptcy last year.
Is he one of "these people" too?

He's done financially..I don't pity a fool who blows this amount of $....just shows how why he wasn't intelligent enough to be a pro QB. He's not the only one.

He didnt piss away the money. He was in business deals with a couple of guys and since he made the most money of the group his name was on the loans. He essentially got f***ed

He lost his money through bad investments. Just like Scottie Pippen, Deuce McAllister, Latrell Sprewell, and most other bankrupt athletes.

PureCarnage~ Different states have different recovery laws concerning that. I'm sure California is a walk away state- here in MN they can recover the difference, but I doubt J.R. would walk away from any equity or be advised to do so if there was risk of recovery hence short of bankruptcy this is a smart move.

Jamarcus doesn't have the talent to make a comeback and get out of a financial hole like Mike Vick.
