    When I wanted to try it it was offline and I left a message and my email adress: I asked a question regarding the Legends 100% bonus promotion (when there were still 19 hours before the expiration of the offer) and I did not yet receive an answer .. ofc the offer expired 5 hours ago ...

              I never received a reply when I left a message either. I just wait until there's someone there to chat with and it's fine.
