does anyone know if 20 year olds actually get tired after playing a hockey game? it seems like just good exercise for a night. i mean i don't know, i'm asking. Maybe it's a really big deal, i don't know. seems like bull though.

You would be surprised how well the forwards can bounce back. The D are beat up because they get smashed in the corner on every dump in, and the goalie is usually tired as well from mental/physical work for 3 straight hours with out a break

source: played junior A ice hockey for 4 years, and had probably 30-40 b2b's in that span

not as demanding as the NHL (about 65 games vs 82) but we weren't as good of athletes, so I believe that cancels out

No, I played my first year of Jr as an U/A (each team is allowed 2 16 year olds, I was one of them) but unfortunately I got cut before my O/A year (4 20 year olds are allowed, I was not one of them)

and major jr is for Canadians who want to ruin their NCAA eligibility and try to be a pro/play at a Canadian university like York or U of T. my goal was a ncaa scholarship, unfortunately it never came.

but go ahead, doubt me some more. I didn't play for the Newmarket Hurricanes, Toronto Jr Canadiens, Wellington Dukes, or the Villanova Knights.

additionally, anyone can play 4 years of JR and still have played a season of midget AAA before hand, that's why you have 5 years of eligibility, NOT 4!

I am not huge on trends, but I did see an interesting one that 9 out of the last 10 games between these two teams were decided by 2 or more goals.

Also, Philly is 5-0 on the puckline in the last 5 @ home vs TML.

Like I said, not big on trends but it is something to think about. I am on Philly -1.5 +130
