ive only used betjamaica from that list, so i cant really compare. But i think pinnacle is a great book too, havnt bet with them but good lines with them

Pinnacle is the best all-around book. Never had any problems playing there.

I see that you haven't listed BookMaker as an option, but that's a great book to go pro, and you don't have to worry about being severely limited. But if you don't want them for whatever reason I'd go with 5Dimes.

5Dimes has a 72 hour wait period between instant deposit deposits, so I guess I will just starting using it and make bets and hopefully become a pro that way.

I'm guessing Pinnacle is the correct answer since they won't allow me to play there. I've made the most money off of 5Dimes but I also like BetOnline because they're the only book that I've made money from Prop bets that hasn't lowered my limits.... yet.

5Dimes, easy. But that's only because I'm good at betting their abundance of obscure props. (They also let you parlay whatever you want)

The only other book that would get my business on your list would be The Greek.
