Just lost to my 83 year old grandpa in arm wrestling.

i dont feel as bad as i should though, man is built like a tank. but still you can see visible degeneration of his arms. they are pretty flabby. my grandma and mom were stunned. no less than I was.....

before when he challenged me my ma was like dont do it , his arm can break. grandpa will get hurt. god damn.....

im pretty strong dude. not a power lifter or anything but i bicep curled 50 lbs 15reps a / set when i used to weight lift. . again nothing amazing but im not weak.

good one dude. in all actuality thats why everybody didnt want me to arm wrestle him in the first place. he was beaming after that bout though. walking around with his chest out. i must praise the old man though. hes a ttough SOB
