this texas game is pretty good too. if youre on texas. so is the pro-am.

ive seen australian rugby, but this is actually good,, some of these guys are 6;6 machines.
No interest in watching texas since no chance at winning it all

yeah I'm watching it. I'm suprised at how good New Zealand is. They owned Kenya today. No real shock but they beat Australia the other day with no problem. Are they the team to beat?

Oh hell ya, New Zealand owns rugby. They have won like 8 out of 11 rugby 7's championships. They would make the U.S. team look like a joke. Samoa isn't bad either i think they won last year. Wales looked pretty good earlier, I'd be surprised from what i saw if one of those 3 doesn't win, but i don't follow this religiously or anything.

There are two versions of Rugby - Rugby union is the old-style more traditional, game (this is the one I played at school - I never did figure out all of the rules .. we just played to the whistle). Rugby league is the faster more made for tv version.

Really though, union rugby compared to league rugby is the difference between pro football before and after the passing game evolved. Before passing it was basically just one huge scrum for four straight quarters, and that's basically what union is.

The top rugby nations (NZ, Aus, SA, England etc) don't bring their top players to this type of tournament. These guys are second-tier players or 7s specialists.

The top players play almost exclusively in the full 15-man game.
