Using a tablet for betting

Anybody use a tablet to handicap, view lines and place wagers? Looking to get one b/c a laptop is too bulky and phone is too small, but not sure if it would be better to wait for new models to develop. Need to be able to have more than one browser tab/window active at a time so that I can do one thing while other pages are still loading, and toggle across sportsbook accounts, info sites and forums, which I don't think an iPad can do. The Samsung Galaxy seems to have the capacity but looks to be on the small side, and maybe first-gen not a good idea? I know ultimately it's my personal preference and I should try them out, but wondering if anyone with experience with these products can weigh in or just provide general thoughts or suggestions given my objective. I don't keep up w/ this stuff so I'm def not as tech-saavy as I shoulld be. Thanks!

Apple has an 11 inch laptop but like 1 dime

IPAD might be the way to go for this

ipad has no java support though

depends what sites you are gonna be visiting

check out the internet tablets that run on the Droid OS, there are tons out there

I just use my Droid while I'm at work to place my bets and spend my time here. It takes a little more time placing bets than doing it on a computer but the mobile gets the job done.

if you're leaning towards the ipad, might as well wait for the ipad2 coming out in april (i think). Even if you just get the first generation ipad, it might be cheaper when the ipad2 comes out.
