Damn, glad i saw the writing on the wall with them and got out a few months ago. Essentially they are saying "we're holding on to everyone's money for the time being, because it looks like we may be stroking a big check to our attorneys and/or paying a big fine. Sorry customers, but your money is all the money we have right now."
