What is going on these guys should of been in and are not even finalists

the finalists who did not get in were Curtis Martin, Dermontti Dawson, Cortez Kennedy, Andre Reed and Willie Roaf.

My thought is the HOF selects too many players to go in. I understand the sheer number of players means more would have to be considered, but when you put 8 players a year in, that's a little whack. When baseball does their's if they have two it's a miracle.

Seems like they would rather vote for a good player with a ring like Sharpe or Dent than a great ploayer who did not win a title which is stupid.
