VC G2G "Gift 2 Go" cards - who takes them

I've tried several places, but the only one i've found is DimeLine.

BetJM - one of the reps told me they would take it but I'd have to call in...when I called, they said no.
For as good of a book as BJ is, their CSR's are dumb as a bag of rocks (not to mention their horrible English).

It is good for international use.

So, what books take this bitch?
